Application Information

All the information regarding the application procedure, the application forms, the closing date for applications and the Open Day

Application Procedure

  • Applications for Grade 8:  Applications must only be made in the learner's Grade 7 year
  • Download the Application for Admission and Annexure A (below)
  • Submit completed (see list of required documents at the end of page 4 of the Application for Admission form) by the closing date
  • Please DO NOT bind or staple or punch the application in any way.  Simply put the application forms in the correct order and place in a plastic sleeve and submit.  Or, submit electronically.  Binding does not make your application unique or stand out, it just makes for an administrative nightmare as it needs to be disassembled prior to processing.
  • The School will inform you of the status of your application by the end of Term 2
  • Unsuccessful applicants may request to be placed on a waiting list and will be informed of any change to the status of their application by the end of Term 3
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered
  • The decision of the Applications Committee is final
  • We regret that no foreign applications will be considered unless accompanied by a copy of a valid study permit

Closing Date for Applications for Grade 8 2020

Applications for Grade 8 2020 OPEN on 1 January 2019.

Applications for Grade 8 2020 CLOSE on 22 March 2019.

eLearning Devices

See the specs for the eLearning devices required.

Recommended Devices

Recommended Model Options

NOTE: We are still not recommending laptops or notebook computers for the learners since the elearning process has not advanced that far yet, and the school expects to still only use tablet based features and functions for 2019. The school is also not in a position to support learner laptop devices yet.

PLEASE get a body glove for the device to protect the screen.

Please: ensure that you insure your daughter's device.  Breakages do occur and, much as we would prefer that it was not so, security may be an issue if the girls are not super vigilant with their belongings.
