Grace Morris Shines at SA Senior Nationals

Rhenish swimmer Grace Morris delivered an outstanding performance at the SA Senior National Championships last week, achieving personal best times in every event she competed in.

Grace qualified for the A Final in all of her races against the country’s top senior swimmers, underlining her consistency and class in the pool. Her standout result came in the 200m Backstroke, where she claimed an impressive silver medal.

Her results were as follows:

• 200m Backstroke – Silver Medal
• 100m Backstroke – 6th
• 50m Backstroke – 6th
• 200m Freestyle – 6th
• 100m Freestyle – 7th
• 50m Freestyle – A Final qualifier and 8th fastest overall time at the gala

To cap off a remarkable championship, Grace has also been selected for the Senior South African Swimming Team that will travel to Algeria later this month to compete in the Africa Aquatics Senior Championships.
