Orchestra Achieves Cum Laude at Stellenbosch Eisteddfod

Our orchestra took part in the Stellenbosch Eisteddfod on Saturday evening, performing three pieces in front of a panel of adjudicators and a very appreciative audience.

The adjudicators not only listen to the overall musical performance, but also pay special attention to the finer technical details such as dynamics and phrasing.

Congratulations to the Rhenish Orchestra on being awarded Cum Laude — the highest possible accolade!

Some of the adjudicator’s comments included: “A well-prepared performance with great attention to detail” and “Very neat and accurate playing.”
